"I was late getting my pool opened due to my schedule. Several folks I had do it in the past were not available. One day I had the pool opened with the cover taken off, but no cleaning or vacuuming was done, which I thought was included in the price (as it had been in the past with other providers.) I was referred to Pacific Pools and spoke with Abby. They came out that day to evaluate it, and came over the next day to vacuum it and get the process started. (The pool looked like the black lagoon- BAD!) Anyway, we are still in the process, but the team has been very helpful so far! I am looking forward to clear blue pools ahead!!"

"They closed my pool and installed replacement pool safety cover. They responded promptly with a phone call to inquire what I needed done and to schedule a tech to come out. They called me on a Thursday morning and said they weren't too busy so they might be out that same Thursday before the end of the day but if not they would be out on Friday. They didnt come out Thursday and by 12pm on Friday we still didnt hear from them so I called to inquire. A tech called me back and said they wouldn't come out until Monday due to a current job taking longer than expected. So, the following Monday they arrived promptly in the AM and were finished by 11am. The new cover didnt quite match the previous anchor locations so they needed to redrill into my concrete deck several anchors but they appeared to do a fantastic job as the new cover looks great! I am glad I called them as I fearer installing the replacement cover job was going to be more tricky than it looked."
