Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. "We were extremely pleased with Recreation Unlimited. On the day we first visited, we were assisted by William, who was extremely patient and informative in helping us to decide the right shed. Brad and Mike were great in keeping us informed of scheduling, and rescheduling-- due to the uncooperative weather! Josh was very friendly and efficient in taking down our old shed, and removing and then replacing the fence post and panels. The transport company was also very good at maneuvering the shed through the yard and into place. We love our new shed! "Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."
