"We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. They showed up on time, climbed up on the roof with me and told us that our roof was just fine - probably had 10 more years left. They also said that whoever told us we needed a new roof didn't know what they were talking about. Honest and straight forward - a refreshing change to the norm for many contractors.

"I had some siding repair work that needed to be done. Mike and his crew did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to for any siding project."

"They worked with my insurance company from start to finish to help me with my hail damage claim. As soon as the check came in from the insurance company, they walked me through the necessary paperwork to complete and had my roof completed within the week! Very fast, efficient, and professional. Would recommend to anyone."

"Very good. The roof was replaced in a couple of days and was done well."

"We had our porch replaced by Premiere Exterior Solutions and Richard did a great job. The craftsmanship was impressive and it was done in no time. Thank you!"

"I had a water leak due to freezing temperatures in south Texas. I opened a claim with Choice and have received a response that they will be paying for the repairs."

"It went great! He came out the first day I talk to him to measure up the roof and give me the estimate. The work was completed in time limits promised. No payment was asked for until completion of all work. The installers where very professional. They were there everyday on time, sometimes not in the best weather I my add. They kept their work areas clean and did a quality job. I would definitely use them again.

"I have nothing against them. They offered me a good deal. I would recommend them. They were on time, professional, they clean up really good and the roofing looks really good."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Everything went very well. The guys were very friendly, returning calls quickly. The quality of the work was very good and they cleaned up after themselves. They even used a large magnet to make sure there were no nails, screws, etc. left on ground. They were very careful around the house and did no damage to house or landscaping. Price was reasonable for all new gutters on house. Professional, highly recommend."
