"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"Easy to recommend them as they tore my old roof off, laid down all new OSB, and replaced my shingles while I was out of town and the finished product looks this good. I am glad I listened to the color suggestion that Randy gave me. The charcoal color really makes the brick on my home pop. Thanks Avalon."

"Project: Large portion of our roof shingles blew off in a windstorm. Roof Right responded, within minutes, after we signed on to Angi. We live in Indianapolis and Matt came over to the home in Syracuse and gave us his professional assessment. He then covered the roof and sent us pictures and a quote, including all insurance papers and licenses from Indiana. Roof Right shingled the home quickly and professionally. A job well done."

"The Lanes Roofing crew arrived at daylight to set up. Care was taken to protect my shrubby and lawn, just as I was told they would. Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. The next day, two gentlemen returned to finish some caulking, to inspect the work, and to thoroughly go over the yard and flower beds to complete the cleanup. I think my new roof is beautiful. More than that, I feel that I have a quality roof to protect my home and an established company to turn to if any repairs are needed in the future. I am very pleased and satisfied, and would happily recommend Lanes Roofing to my friends and family."

"Workers showed up on time. Big job installing tiles to waterproof our 110 year old house. We are very happy with the results. It was an expensive project but well worth the money"

"they were on time and on budget. Installed our new shingle roof in one day"

"We were pleased with the work done, although we are still waiting for an estimate to clean the roof where moss has grown on the shingles."

"We had Dennison Exterior Solutions do a roof replacement on our house. Their response to our request for the roof replacement was prompt and very professional. Scott provided a number of options and gave us estimates for all of them. The cost of the roof project was right on the estimate he provided for the option we chose. Dennison’s roofing crew did an excellent job on the old roof removal and installation of the new shingles. They protected all of the landscape during the installation and cleaned up everything after the roofing was completed. Our communication with Scott and the roofing crew was excellent before and during our roof project. We are very pleased with our new roof."

"My husband and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Roof Wiz! Gabe and Andy are fantastic and very easy to work with! The crew were courteous, professional and meticulous in every detail! I am very happy I gave them an opportunity to work on our roof replacement. Most importantly, our new roof looks FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend Roof Wiz to our friends, family and anyone needing to replace their roof!"

"Great, detailed work. Installed 13 windows and even agreed to install a new garage door opener while working on the windows. Great group of local guys! Steve"
