He spent longer than the allotted time to be sure they were cleaned well, answered my many questions, showed video of the ducts when I asked, wore boot covers in the home and used the basement window to not track snow and dirt through my home and went above and beyond all my expectations. The price was great, they had a special discount this month, gave us a military discount and even without those it was a great price! I expected my allergies to be a problem the first couple days with all the agitation in the vents but was pleasantly surprised to have zero issues! I felt like a giant weight was lifted from my shoulders as I heard 45 years worth of dust, debris and allergen accumulation leaving our home. "I went through many before I found one that was really good. They do residential, commercial and upholstery. She has two guys that do upholstery and carpet cleaning, which is extra. They also power wash windows inside and outside. They also do usual things that are extra like refrigerators. When they go through the initial run-through the very first time, she has 3 girls and it is about 1 1/2-2 hours. She charges anywhere from $130-$179. My house is a 1500 square foot ranch so it is not that big and she charged me $130. Then she goes by the week. She has 3 ladies that come to my house and they get done in an hour. I pay $77. She originally came in and went through the house and saw what I wanted done. Then she gave me a price from that. I will absolutely continue to use them."
