His references were easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. We, in the end, went with another architect, for various small reasons. None of which were because we felt that Mr. Medeiros wouldn't provide all that we needed. It was a tough decision. I kept in touch with CASSIO DESIGN BUILD over the years and utilized Jim's services numerous times, from installing an over-the-range microwave, to laying flagstone for a courtyard, to designing and building a cash-wrap for my small business, Domino Home. Perhaps the biggest job I had him dos an entry-way enlargement, which included a wall/door blowout, pouring concrete, electrical, lighting, and drywall. Jim was very helpful in the design and execution of the project. All of his sub-contractors were very professional. The project was done on time and under budget and I couldn't be happier with his work. I will continue to keep CASSIO DESIGN BUILD on file for future work since the work is reliable and of good quality. Jim's eye for design and work ethic make him a General Contractor of exception"
