It was determined that the shutter needed to be replaced. Malia worked with the Norman Shutter company and it was determined the shutter was still under the warranty. She did not charge me for any of her time. My only charge was to Brian for the trip/installation. I would highly recommend Colorado Custom Blinds, Shades and Shutters. I only wish I had more windows to install additional window treatments."

"Nick came to my house and had great suggestions for my shutters. When the time name for the installation, the shutters were misplaced for a couple of weeks and I kept calling to see where they were. They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. He did fix the chip, but I feel he should have seen it and repaired it without my asking. Overall the products is nice and I would use them again."
