I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. I know who I will be calling for my future roof needs! Thanks again Gary."

"This company doesn't do interior home jobs, yet they helped me with no hesitation. There are no words that can express how wonderful this company is. Rex Roofing & Restoration LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. Once my project was completed, that was when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado. "Done Right did a great job repairing my roof. I had five roofers who repair tile roofs come to give me estimates. Done Right was the only one who said they knew where the leak was. Everyone else was â Well once we start tearing it apart, then weâ ll know.â Done Right was prompt from the estimate to the repair. They were also very reasonable. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work. Another looked at the work and wouldnâ t give me an estimate. Some roofers seem to send out more of a salesman than a roofer. I liked the people, the price, and above all, getting my roof fixed."
