"The gentleman who provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He took time to educate us on our best options and he fully answered all our questions. We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Basset and we highly recommend them for any related home improvement project."

"Questioning the value of the membership I purchased. The hvac tech tried to sell us expensive unneeded services and didn?t provide any photos or written reports of the inspection. The plumbing tech did provide a written report of the inspection and also made suggestions for pricey upgrades. It?s hard to tell what?s necessary and what isn?t with this company. Techs have all been professional and punctual."

"I've been using Talmich Heating and Plumbing for my house and two rentals since 2018 I'm truly blessed to have called Talmich Plumbing when I started having problems with the boiler at the 4 Plex .Since then I have hired them to install two furnaces at the 2 Plex a new furnace in my home and a complete boiler room renovation at the 4 Plex This included new copper pipes and removing two hot water heaters and installing a 60 gallon stainless steel side arm tank. All the work is done professionally all the employees are nice and do exceptional work!"
