"Jeff made everything super easy! He was very responsive, got us a quote quickly and was punctual. He patched 20 square feet of carpet and I can’t even tell that the difference between the existing carpet and the patched area. He was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!"

"Allen and his crew did an outstanding job. I would call upon them again without hesitation. The damaged area required replacement of a small section of carpet. I could not identify where they did the work; perfect job."

"Friendly, courteous service in the showroom, but the price was WAY too high. I was quoted $5 to $7 per square foot, installed, for the product I chose in the showroom. When I received the proposal, it worked out to $9.80/sq ft. And that was only after I asked for more detail--the first "proposal" I received was a single number. No breakout of labor or material, just the bottom line number. It sounded high, so I asked for a further breakout. I then received single numbers for material and labor, but no breakout of different types of materials (flooring, underlayment, baseboards, etc.) or different tasks involved in the labor (moving furniture, ripping out the existing carpet, etc.). The numbers I did receive allowed the calculation of the $9.80/sq ft mentioned above. When I asked for a further explanation, I received vague references to unspecified additional materials and labor tasks. I took the List's advice and got a competing bid from another highly rated provider, and it was $1,000 cheaper--for the exact same material. Floorcraft has high List ratings for quality, which is why I considered them in the first place. And their work may indeed be excellent. But their prices are very high, and their proposal process is unprofessional. A single number is not a professional proposal. At the very least, get a competing bid."

"Bob was great. He showed up when he said he would, returned phone calls promptly, and the installation turned out great. We would definitely use Bob again. <br />"

"They did a fabulous job. Because we had several really bad areas from pets and just bad dirty areas. Earl recommended we use their dual clean method. It cost a bit more but wow the results were worth it. He also put down antimicrobial to help kill any pet urine issues, and then finished up with a high quality protectant. I'm thrilled with the results, and weeks later the carpet still looks amazing."

"They were prompt, extremely professional, and kind. They were very responsive. Their pricing depends on the number of rooms. I paid $287 and that included steam cleaning the carpets in eight rooms plus the stairs and stretching two areas of the carpet. It was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them."

"From ordering with Katie, who listened to our wants and needs, helped us pick out the perfect carpet, to the install with Pedro, it was wonderful! Pedro showed up on time. Asked questions about where we wanted him to move our furniture and made sure he put it back where it came from. He vacuumed the carpet and left professional cleaning marks as if I had a maid come in and done the work. He cleaned up all the old carpet and padding and even sprayed our sub floor with some of his own professional spray because our elderly dog had been peeing on the old carpet. I would ask for Pedro again if I ever needed to have carpet installed!"

"<p>Carpet Clearance Warehouse came and measured my floor to install vinyl flooring in my kitchen, dining room and living room. The flooring in my kitchen dining room was already down to the bare floors, linoleum was already torn up. The installers where miss informed by the store and were not able to do the job due to the fact they weren't told they needed to remove the wood that was under the linoleum and they didn't have the right tools. I had to reschedule. The installers came back and installed the floors. Late in the install they realized the person that measured, measured wrong and they were short 150 sq ft of flooring. The store was unable to have anyone deliver more flooring and I had to drive from Canon City, Colorado to Colorado Springs, Colorado myself and pick up the product adding an addition 2 hours onto the project. The guy that did the measuring had excuses one after the other for both mishaps. He tried saying that he didn't know about tearing out the old wood because of the linoleum. I had to remind him that it was already removed. On being short he tried saying that he was trying to save me money by keeping the measurements down.</p> <p><br></p>"
