"I called the North Peak Roofing & Contracting to have my roof inspected for hail damaged. Jeff inspected my roof and informed me of his findings and recommendations. I called my insurance company and relayed the information to them. The insurance company sent out two individuals at two different times to inspect the roof, Jeff was there both times to meet them and share his findings. I believe if Jeff was not there to share his expertise the insurance company would not have pay for a roof replacement. The roof was replaced in a timely manner, Jeff kept me informed during the entire process through texting, phone calls and pictures. . Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy a combination of traits that are rare in today's business world. "Done Right did a great job repairing my roof. I had five roofers who repair tile roofs come to give me estimates. Done Right was the only one who said they knew where the leak was. Everyone else was â Well once we start tearing it apart, then weâ ll know.â Done Right was prompt from the estimate to the repair. They were also very reasonable. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work. Another looked at the work and wouldnâ t give me an estimate. Some roofers seem to send out more of a salesman than a roofer. I liked the people, the price, and above all, getting my roof fixed."
