"My initial contact with CarpetCare Craftsman was with the owner, Allen Shipley.  He was very professional, let my wife and I know what to expect from his technician, and gave us the cost options available to us.  He walked through the house and several areas that we felt might need cleaned, he told us that it would be a waste of money to do them.  He looked at the "bump" in the carpet and explained what his technician would do to smooth the area out.  After the walk through, Allen explained the cost options from moving furniture and leaving fans to dry the area to cleaning around furniture in its current location.  You could even split up levels of cleaning so if you wanted to leave some items in place (very heavy furniture that never gets moved) you could do that and if you wanted furniture moved in other areas you could do that too.  Choices were very flexible.  We signed up for a combination of moving and not moving furniture. <br /> On the day the technician came he was very friendly and started with the carpet stretching.  He explained what he was going to do and he did exactly what both he and Allen had said they would do.  The carpet cleaning came next it was done to my complete satisfaction. <br /> I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does what they say they are going to do!  I will have them back to do a little more carpet stretching once we get through Christmas. <br />"

"GREAT! When Ben got into the project and tested all of drywall, we discovered the mold was only on the surface so no tear out was needed of the ceiling, walls, and shower walls/tiles. He cleaned everything properly, repainted with a special mold-resistant paint, and wiped down all of the walls with a special cleaning product. So instead of $3800 from the first contractor and $1200 from Ben's initial bid, he ended up only needing to charge us $500!
