"I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. Will definitely call them again for future projects. Will definitely call them again for more projects."

For our home, we had issues with stucco that was applied by another contractor which resulted in water coming into the home. We had two walls replaced, but they resurface the entire home. He repealed every window and re-did all the flashing around the home. He repaired serious defects and cracks in the original as well. And his small attention to detail with molding around the windows and a "bell band" made the home stand out in ways that we never imagined. Louis is not the least expensive, but he is probably one of only two people in Portland who knows how to do stucco right. We will hire Louis again and again, for interior work on our NE Portland home. And on top of all that, he is one of the nicest gentlemen you could meet. If you go with Louis, you can be assured that the job will be done right."
