"I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."

"Neil called when he was leaving his last job to let us know he was on his way.  He arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us.  He was very professional with his services.  He pumped the tank and made sure it was clean.  He went down in the tank to clean the pipe from the tank to the distribution box which was plugged.  He also was able to open the clean out plug from the house to the septic tank and cleared the clog from there.  Then he was able to give us a very good idea as to where the distribution box should be.  He was right on.

"The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. "The provider was courteous and efficient, but I thought the charge was excessive. I could have replaced the toilet tank components myself for a fraction of the the cost, but I lacked the expertise to diagnose the problem. (The tank made intermittent, loud running-water noises when the toilet was not in use.)
His diagnosis of the foul smell near the front porch, however, was way off. Affixing the cap of the sewer vent did NOT to eradicate the odor -- because it was coming from a faulty gas meter 4 feet west of the sewer cleanout! Ultimately, it was the gas company that stifled the odor by repairing the meter -- and at no charge to the customer.
