"The Crawlspace crew came out and Inspected my Crawlspace after a pipe break to document the damage and see if any repairs were needed. They were fast to respond and I would highly recommend."

"We had a small job to remove/replace insulation that may have been soiled in our attic from a squirrel that got up there years ago. It was mentioned in our home inspection. After going up to take a look, Sean explained he didn’t see any soiled insulation but there was a small area that had been moved away from the corner and it was effectively empty. It was really too small a job though to warrant them coming out to blow stuff in so he recommended just taking a leaf blower up there to redistribute it evenly. Brilliant idea! He also graciously took a look at our crawl space and identified some areas we should address but ones we could do on our own. He was great to talk to and very helpful and reasonable. So nice in these days of everyone trying to upsell everything. If and when we need insulation work, we’ll be calling Dr. Energy Saver! Thanks so much, Sean Becker!"

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"When the crew arrived on time, they told me that they looked up the county records and said that the well was placed in 1994 and that the pump was original. They said that they will virtually be doing the same labor in replacing pipes to install the manual pump system to hand pump my well that I should have the old pump replaced at the same time. They had the foresight to have loaded the truck with a new pump and all necessary parts. I feared the old pump would fail and they made sense to me. I greatly appreciated them discounting the normal labor for installing the new pump since they were doing virtually the same work already. I was saved several thousand dollars and got a new needed pump and pipes at the same time! I have had them work on our well before and they have always been professional and timely. We live in a mountain community and they are the go too well folks up here in our little community of 90 homes."

"The man from Steve's arrived on time and read the instructions left by Michael Fend of Simply Leak Detection, and he discussed the situation by phone with Michael. He installed what was needed, and determined that the pressure tank on the water line was not operating correctly, due to a failure of the air bladder that is contained inside, so he installed a new pressure tank. (Steve's had installed the previous one). <br /> Since the water pump was uncovered for shutting off water to my house and the neighbor's, we all saw that parts of the pump weren't in the best condition, after having served since 1977, and he replaced the parts that were starting to show rust. <br /> His work was fine, and I have his instructions to watch the gauges on both the pressure tank and the line leading to the outside faucet. Whatever leak was showing up underneath the driveway was determined to be very small, and was obviously gravitating to the lowest spot. It has now nearly disappeared, but I am watching it, as well as the pressure gauges. <br />"

"Water heater was replaced with no fuss and we have had no trouble since. Garden Home plumbing even followed up on the work with a call to make sure everything was working well. The only small issue was that they only worked with one brand of water heater and I would have preferred a choice."

"The pump went out on a Saturday night--we contacted him Sunday morning and he was at our house by 9 am. He didn't charge us for coming out to look at the situation. He helped us get water to our house from a neighbor's so we had water until he could get out with his truck (weather was terrible). He was back by Tuesday to do the job. Overall, it was miserable work getting his giant crane truck across our muddy pasture (we had to go through a neighbor's fence), putting down sheets of plywood to keep the truck from sinking, but he got it done. (The blue barrel in the picture covers our pump housing). He is very honest and straightforward. It was a huge unexpected expenditure, but he was very patient and helped us make the best decisions."
