"Let's start with your new exterior siding will look great. Their prices are comparable to all in the area. With that being said please note you will 100% have damage to the interior of your home no matter how much they try and downplay it. Read the fine print of your contract as they will NOT repair any of it including electrical that they damage. I am still finding cracks and indentations throughout my house and although they may come out and look at it, they will do NOTHING. Buyer beware!"

"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."

They performed deck work at my home, and the entire process was slow, unprofessional, and poorly managed. During the project, their material supplier sent a certified lien notice to my home because this company failed to pay their bills on time. They also left a large, fully loaded trailer on my property for weeks because their dumping account was unpaid and frozen?completely unacceptable and disruptive. As the job was nearing completion, instead of resolving their internal issues professionally, they began aggressively demanding funds and filed a lien without providing proper notice. To make matters worse, the owner?s son retaliated by posting negative reviews on my professional business page, which crossed a serious ethical line. This company demonstrated poor financial management, lack of professionalism, and retaliatory behavior. "

If you decide to work with Jason, exercise extreme caution: insist on written contracts, verify progress before releasing payments, and don?t rely on verbal assurances. After I posted a truthful review on the company website I was blocked from the site and my review was removed. I hope this warning helps others avoid the same problems."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
