They dug up and removed the old asphalt, gave extra attention to preparing the bed, paved the main driveway, installed curbing and a secondary driveway/parking spot. Carl kept me well informed during the entire process and always responded to my calls and questions right away. The driveway looks beautiful. We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "I had really no issues with this company. The only complaint I guess I have is the professionalism. The individual that came out to measure was fantastic. He answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions to save me some money. The crew that came however is a different story. I specifically told the woman I talked to where the payment would be left since I wasn't able to be home which was inside my garage. My son left for work and locked the door as he always does when he leaves. Simple mistake. We'll the younger of the two men decided it was alright to have a mental breakdown about how they were gonna get f#$%ed over again and so on. This was before anyone reached out or knocked on the door. Luckily my wife was home to hear it all. I called her and asked her to go into the garage and give them the payment after the woman from the office called and let me know the situation. After the payment was given she was rudely told not to use that door again. Other than that good exp"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

I thought my driveway needed to be taken out and redone, but the paving contractor was very honest (Airoldi Paving, Tolland, CT) and told me, "No. You just need a really good company to come in an fill the cracks (which were many) and then seal the driveway. He recommended SealPro and the results are nothing less than phenomenal. The driveway looks new and the cost, needless to say, was $1,000's less than if it were repaved. "I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened.
