"I had really no issues with this company. The only complaint I guess I have is the professionalism. The individual that came out to measure was fantastic. He answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions to save me some money. The crew that came however is a different story. I specifically told the woman I talked to where the payment would be left since I wasn't able to be home which was inside my garage. My son left for work and locked the door as he always does when he leaves. Simple mistake. We'll the younger of the two men decided it was alright to have a mental breakdown about how they were gonna get f#$%ed over again and so on. This was before anyone reached out or knocked on the door. Luckily my wife was home to hear it all. I called her and asked her to go into the garage and give them the payment after the woman from the office called and let me know the situation. I thought my driveway needed to be taken out and redone, but the paving contractor was very honest (Airoldi Paving, Tolland, CT) and told me, "No. You just need a really good company to come in an fill the cracks (which were many) and then seal the driveway. He recommended SealPro and the results are nothing less than phenomenal. The driveway looks new and the cost, needless to say, was $1,000's less than if it were repaved. Neighbors were watching how hard the workers performed. That SealPro uses heated/liquified asphalt repair to get into all the cracks assures me that this was a job that will last. "We had a proposal for repairing a sink hole. The work was done with cold patch in February. The promise was to return in the spring when the weather was warmer . They were supposed to do a hot patch in the spring. They did not call to do that. We called and got an appointment. We agreed to have cracks filled at the same time. The new charge would be $800. We had already paid $1500.00 for the cold patch and the spring hot patch. We had a date set for the work to be done but no one showed up. No one called. We called with little satisfaction. No one called us after that to explain or set up a new appointment. We were pretty disgusted with their work ethic. It has been two months with no work from them. We are hiring another company to do that work on the cracks in the driveway. They will work on the hot patch next summer. I am surprised that a reputable company would treat a customer so casually and they would not follow up to try to mend fences. Besides which, we paid for something we never received."

"I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened. "I always look for different- so when Reliable said they could give me a beautiful chip and tar driveway in pink stone I jumped at the chance- when it was first installed, I thought the color was off, but Andy the owner of Reliable said he would do anything he could to make me happy with my purchase- low and behold he was right, after the stones went through a few rains and the rock dust had washed off of the stone chips- the driveway literally sparkled! I have enjoyed numerous comments, both seeing the driveway in sunlight and in darkness (headlights) - it is truly a beautiful addition in welcoming visitors to our home!!
