"I got Tesson's name from my local insurance agent so I decided to get a bid from them. I was able to schedule an appointment to review the work pretty quickly and Shawn showed up as scheduled. We walked through the scope of work from the insurance estimate and then he took additional time to gather his measurements and details. A couple of days later I got a call from Shawn and another more experienced estimator from his company to discuss the bid that they were still working on. This felt like a very high pressure sales pitch in which they wanted me to sign a contract with them before I even saw their proposal so that they could negotiate directly with the insurance company to get more money from them. They were making claims that the insurance company left out significant portions of scope for the job, but when I asked them to detail those on the bid so that I could negotiate with the insurance company, they failed to follow through. I was extremely turned off by this high pressure tactic since I wasn't intimidated by working with the insurance company on the estimate as I had already been doing so. I already had other bids that were in line with the insurance estimate and was looking for 1 more to be sure all the bases were covered. If you are looking for a company to handle the job totally for you and you are happy to just sit on the sidelines and let someone else run the show and you don't have to get involved at all, they might be a good option. However, if you want to be involved in how your insurance claim is being handled then they don't seem to be a good choice. Once I eventually got their bid, it did exceed the insurance estimate, but they neglected to detail what line items they thought the insurance company missed. They only included the roof replacement and gutter repairs in their estimate. They neglected to even bid on the other parts of the insurance claim such as fascia and window screens."

"The roofing material supplier arrived a couple days prior to Brian's crew starting the job.  It took Brian's crew about three days to complete the job.  What impressed me was that they cleaned up after every day and left no big messes - or more importantly no debris.  Once the project was complete I was only able to find one roofing nail that they had missed.  The roof looks great - we're very happy with our choice to use St. Louis Premier Roofing.

"Roofing Force was awesome. Always responsive during the decision process (had looked at 5 companies) with Doug. Roofing Force was not the cheapest, but after studying reviews, they were the most qualified in the metal roofing we wanted. We definitely got we what paid for. The crew immediately got to work on arrival and didn't stop until it got to dark. All the work was completed in 2 days. Roof is amazing and should save on cooling cost in the summer and more resistant to Kansas weather (had asphalt shingles). The seamless gutters are amazing and the rough construction they did for us to fix the fascia boards is superb. These guys are worth every penny and more. So glad we went with Roofing Force. Don't know If I get to add a picture of the work done for us, however, we could not be more pleased with Roofing Force. Simply awesome to work with and the end project result is more than we had hoped for. As far as price, just a few more dollars than their nearest competitor, but when looking at how long Roofing Force has been doing steel roofs, and the length of time their work force has been doing roofing (the crew working for us had 10-16 years of experience per individual with Roofing Force - they knew what they were doing), the buyer simply can not get a better deal or end result. Would without hesitation recommend Roofing Force for not only roofs, but their expertise in seamless gutter and sky lights."
