"We have LG appliances and everything stopped working at the same time. The refrigerator icemaker no big deal, the range the oven quit working and the dishwasher blew a motor. He worked really hard to help us. He was with LG and apparently you can't get parts very well. He would order them, reorder them, have them come overnight, they wouldn't show up. He really did try hard. He brought back my money and said he just couldn't work with LG but he tried his best. The experience was horrible but it wasn't his fault. He told me he would never work on an LG appliance again. He called me and apologized and apologized. In the end, I don't blame him, it just wasn't going to work. I would recommend him and I would use him again if need be.  I think that they are very conscientious and work hard. When they couldn't get the dishwasher to work at my house they took it to their shop."
