"This was a very professional service, at a reasonable price, as garage floor coatings are typically greatly over priced."

"Had 2 projects with Odds and Ends. Flooring and backsplash in kitchen were well done. Metallic Epoxy flooring -not so successful. Required removal of old tile, prepping the concrete and applying the epoxy. The first time it was done, the color was not even close to the inspiration photo and there was very little contrast. Acknowledging the job was not correct, they agreed to redo it. On the second go, the color was closer to inspiration but the technique used did not really look like what was desired. The color mixing included chunks of color and left a pigmented look in many places. The real issue was the application of the top coat- which was rolled on top leaving a dimpled effect on what should have been smooth like glass. I requested a resolution, even offered to pay for the materials to fix the top cost and was basically ignored. After spending around $3500 - I had to go to another contractor to completely redo the room. Each contractor who came to see the job could not believe someone would have left the job in such poor shape. In addition, when removing the original tile, small pieces of what seemed like tar paper were left all over the room (stuck to walls) but also on the wood floors in the adjacent room and toward the exit door because they did not cover the floor. On what turned out to be the last day of the job, the team recommended several things I might try to remove the mess - instead of cleaning it themselves (it should not have happened if the floor had been covered). The quality of the kitchen floor and backsplash was great. Went above and beyond to do what was needed to improve that space. The sunroom floor was disappointing and the way we were treated was wrong. I wish this app allowed photos, so I could share the floor results."

"We had new flooring installed in the basement of our home and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team helped us choose the perfect flooring that matched both our style and budget. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They made sure everything was properly aligned and finished beautifully. The new floor looks incredible and have completely refreshed the look of our home. If you’re considering new flooring, I highly recommend this company for their quality, professionalism, and excellent customer service."

"This project went extremely well from start to finish. Mike came out as arranged (on time, COVID precautions taken) and surveyed the garage floor, measured, provided color selection options and explained the process thoroughly. Prior to his arrival he emailed several links to documents which I read before his arrival and thereby could ask intelligent questions. Stronghold's price was in the middle of the three estimates; however, considering this type of work is what they specialize in (as opposed to a few jobs in addition to other types of contracting specialties), coupled with the many outstanding (to include recent) reviews informed my selection. After contract signing and down payment, the two-day project was scheduled for about 4 weeks later. In the interim, Mike sent several emails with added information and reminders, especially to ensure the garage was completely empty. On the scheduled first day, the two-man crew arrived and after unloading their equipment began their work immediately which was the grinding process. When completed, they applied the Base Coat of Epoxy followed by the Decorative Chips. The next morning the crew returned to vacuum the excess chips and then apply the Top Coat of Polyaspartic Polyurea which also provides a degree of anti-slip feature. The "curing period" was a minimum of 24 hours to walk on and 48-72 hours to drive on. I wish I had taken some "before" photos because the results were outstanding. The crew was courteous, professional and cleaned up after their work on both days. Contract signing, payment, etc., was accomplished electronically. Considering the pitfalls of a DIY project (chemicals, lack of commercial grade grinders, specialized "flexible" coatings, etc.,) this is the way to go and well worth the cost. I now actually enjoy going into my garage and have proudly shown it to my neighbors."

"Perfection! The entire process from initial contact to final coat was seamless. Keith responded to my initial inquiry within hours. We picked a convenient time for him to visit and discuss with us exactly what the proposed project would entail. We wanted our old garage, and a small patio floor, resurfaced. Keiths quote came a day later and we set a time and date (our choosing) for the process. On the appointed day the Granite Garage Floors crew arrived and went to work. Nothing but professionalism here as well. They were courteous, and eager to explain the process, answer our questions. They returned the next day to apply a final coat and removed all excess materials and refuge. Our floors look fantastic. Kudos to Granite Garage Floors."

"I had my garage floor epoxy coated and overall the service went well. They gave me a quote based on my description and stuck to it. The process took 3 days due to weather. The crew was stuck in VA on another job due to snow so they got to my house late. Once the surface was ground down and paint applied, they left for the day to allow it to cure. They came the following morning and it was not cured enough to continue, so they returned the following day. After they applied the clear coat and flakes, they were done. The paint smell was very, very strong for a few days and it permeated throughout the house. The job was excellent, though. So far it has withstood everything and still looks great."

"Fredy and his crew did an incredible job transforming our bathroom, repainting the whole house, installing hardwood floors, and repairing the exteriors of our house! They had excellent workmanship, paid great attention to details, flexible, and adaptive to impromptu changes we made. We were especially impressed with Sergio's skills! The communication throughout the process was sooth and easy. Quote was very honest and clear. We would definitely use Maxc again!"

"Had Ricky on several jobs including a bathroom remodel after a water disaster. Ricky and his crew does it all. I don't care what it is. Installed a toilet, drywall work on my rental property, put in a nice Lifeproof laminate plank flooring in the kitchen, including punch out work like painting. Extended my concrete pad in the back of my row house. Good work all around, highly recommend."

"I did not know what to expect when I hired Westminster Painting and Papering (Mr. Robert Seeley President) but now I am glad I did. It will be very difficult to find a more professional and dedicated businessman. The tools he used was a brush, roIler and he applied two coats to the ceilings, walls and trim. I want to add Mr. Seeley was extremely neat and cleaned up after each day of work. On the last day, I really think he left the residence cleaner than he found it. Mr. Seeley was very pleasant and personable and I enjoyed his company. When you hear, "You get what you pay for", this is exactly what they meant.
I recommend Westminster Painting and Papering in the highest regards.
Wayne

"
