In addition, they fixed all the cracks in the drywall (walls and ceilings) and nail pops from the natural course of our house settling over 4 years. They painted all the areas and perfectly color-matched everything, and repaired or replaced and painted quarter round as needed. The owner, Scott, is responsive (he called within 5 minutes of me requesting a quote and was able to come out the same day for an estimate) and engaged before, during and at completion of the work. The crew (Carlos was our awesome foreman) were polite, communicative, careful and diligent (and cleaned everything up each day). "We had a phenomenal experience with GrayCo Construction. Larry and his wife Danielle came out to give us a free quote for an unfinished room in our basement that we wished to convert to a gym. The price was very fair and included drywall and plaster, as well as installing baseboards, electrical outlets, 8 LED ceiling lights, an access door for under-stairway storage, and painting. Customer service was great and Larry checked in with us every day to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. The entire project took 4 days and on the last day Larry even had someone come out to our home to clean/vacuum!
