"We had a simply amazing experience with PATCHWORX.PRO. They expertly closed up a doorway-sized opening between 2 rooms - you can't tell the opening was ever there. In addition, they fixed all the cracks in the drywall (walls and ceilings) and nail pops from the natural course of our house settling over 4 years. They painted all the areas and perfectly color-matched everything, and repaired or replaced and painted quarter round as needed. The owner, Scott, is responsive (he called within 5 minutes of me requesting a quote and was able to come out the same day for an estimate) and engaged before, during and at completion of the work. The crew (Carlos was our awesome foreman) were polite, communicative, careful and diligent (and cleaned everything up each day). "Responded quickly to telephone call. Had basement family room remodeled after a sewage backup. Was able to work with our request. We believe that the requested drywall installation was subcontracted out to another company, called Berea Drywall. While the job completion was adequate, there are gaps in the ceiling dry wall and many rough areas in the bathroom and family room areas.
While construction was in progress, contractor cut the main water line with a saw and did not inform us until after we called them upon return from work to find the basement family room wet yet again.
While frustrated with this experience, I would give this contractor another chance, I would just be more insistent in my expectations.

"We had a phenomenal experience with GrayCo Construction. Larry and his wife Danielle came out to give us a free quote for an unfinished room in our basement that we wished to convert to a gym. The price was very fair and included drywall and plaster, as well as installing baseboards, electrical outlets, 8 LED ceiling lights, an access door for under-stairway storage, and painting. Customer service was great and Larry checked in with us every day to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. The entire project took 4 days and on the last day Larry even had someone come out to our home to clean/vacuum! We are 110% satisfied with our first experience and we definitely plan to use GrayCo again for additional projects that may pop up in the future!"

They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again."
