"Had a a good initial experience with this company installing a new dryer a rental Property. Another tenant had a problem with dryer that was making loud noise and he says needs a new motor. He Charges me $367 to fix a dryer with new blower motor and one week afterwards, tenant called me to say it is only warm, not hot- not drying her clothes. Tenant and I called him to schedule a follow up but he keeps saying it was working and he would charge another fee for coming out. I got annoyed that only a week after getting a NEW motor, it does NOT work as it should. I would like my money back. Not reliable and trustworthy. "

"Mike responded within 15 minutes of my request and was able to be at my home within 2 hours. He flushed and cleaned the system and the dishwasher is working S good as new. He a sent me an electronic invoice which was very easy to pay. Everything went super smoothly, I highly recommend."

Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. While pondering our next move a family friend told us they recently had Rohan remodel their kitchen/living space and it looked great and was, they thought, affordable. After seeing for ourselves the quality of workmanship, the improvements to ‘flow and functionality’ and the overall aesthetic appeal, we decided to give Rohan a call. Boy are we glad we did! Upon meeting Rohan for the first time we were shown the same optimism, knowledge through experience, flexibility of thought and dedication to quality that would continue straight through to the end of our multi-week project. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings.
