After paying over $6000 to have the floors in my newly purchased dream home refinished, I came home to find footprints in the stain, chatter marks, pooled staining along our baseboards, and splotchy stain throughout. "They did an amazing job!  Since the refinishing was the entire first floor, the stairway and second floor hallway we had to leave the house so we went away on a week's vacation.  We came back to beautiful floors.  The only thing that had not been replaced were area rugs that had to be kept off the floor for awhile to allow the poly to completely cure - but they came back after that to put these area rugs down.
They also made repairs in areas that had issues, around a fireplace and in a powder room, correcting the original installers mistakes.
Would definitely use this company again.  The owners are very engaged in the job and ensure the highest quality.
