"I called Master Tech Plumbing about a leak I had in my main water line. They came out and looked at my problem. I told them to set me up a time for them to come out and fix it. When they came out I had the best experience I have ever had with a tech. I will absolutely recommend Master Tech to anyone who has something going wrong with their Plumbing. Their customer service is outstanding. They made sure I knew every step they were going to take in fixing my main waterline. They came up and And told me that my water meter was reading all zeros again because they had fixed the problem. Thank you Master Tech you have made my life a lot easier."

"Jacob was timely in all communication and arrived when he said he would! All parts and services were clearly explained to me and I was kept informed through each stage of the process. I would highly recommend and will be using them for all upcoming plumbing projects!"

"I feel like it went well. We had to dig up a section of our sewer line and replaced it adding a couple of clean outs. All performed in one day."

"I had an interior sewer line failure. They had to remove my toilet, vanity, and bathroom sink so they could break through the foundation to replace the collapsed sewer line. Alex (the owner) was on time, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fair on the price. He was innovative and gave me several options for the repair. The entire job took 4 days to complete (from the initial visit to access the issue to the time the concrete was dry). The job was completed on time, on budget, neat and orderly. I would highly recommend him and he will be my first call for my future plumbing needs."

"Excellent customer service. Scheduled my appointment promptly and notified me when the technician was in route to the appointment. The technician was courteous and professional. He took time to cover his boots so that my floors remained clean and he answered all of my questions and explained his process for clearing the drain. The technician provided me with insights on how to keep my drains clear. Will definitely use this company if I have any other plumbing issues."

I have had them since 1994 because I like the service and stuff provided to me. I have several properties in Alabama and they have done work there too. I have not had any problems out of American Home Shield. Their responsiveness is one of the main reasons why I continue to use them. The price is included in my premium.
