"<p>Others had tried to remove this stain unsuccessfully with power washers.  Mark Anderson (CEO) provided a bid with a couple of options and recommended the cheaper of the two (sand blasting).  It worked very well.  The resulting epoxy covering wasn't a perfect texture, so another coat was applied and the results were very satisfactory.</p> <p>Appreciate Mark's coming by to inspect the work and following up to make sure the results were satisfactory.</p>"

"I'm pleased with the outcome of the project.  It looks good.  We'll see how it performs.  One unusual thing with this contractor is that he did not provide me with a single written document.  No written quote (verbal).  Specifically requested written receipt and warranty.  Not provided.  These reasons reduce my confidence in the company, but I can't argue with the quality of work.  The work seems well done, and there were no issues with honesty or professionalism on the job site.  Clean up could have been a little better (they didn't sweep up).  Overall, though, I do think I got what I paid for. <br />"
