Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
