"This was my 3rd contractor to call...- Initial phone call was answered immeadiately, appointment was set for the following day. He arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment, he did a complete inspection, he typed a 4 page proposal including a complete diagram of my house in his vehicle, then he went over every detail with me. He offered a 30 year workmanship warranty and a protection plan for 5 years, he comes out once a year for the first five years to inspect and remove any debri from the roof like leaves or limbs. Every other contractor only has a 2 year workmanship warranty. He also gave me a free ridge vent system. He then helped me choose a color based on the exterior colors of my home. We then signed a contract which he explain every paragraph to me as we read it together. I gave him a deposit. We then set an appointment for installation 3 days later. Mr. Jewell and his employees arrived at 7 a.m. on the the 4th of June. My roof was completely installed by 4 p.m. I have 6 large flowers beds in the front yard then 2 wrap around flower beds from the back all the way around the sides up to the front, and none of my shrubs or flowers were affected at all. When they left you could not find any trash or debri from the roof to suggest I even had my roof replaced. Very Very clean, still haven't seen a nail. Friday I contacted Mr. Jewell and paid him the remaining balance. Yesterday, I received a bouqet of flowers and a thankyou card delivered to my door by a local florist from Aqua Roofing... I highly recommend them... I'm happy to be able to write a review on them."

"Daniel Mitchell gained my confidence from our first meeting. I talked with several roofing contractors, they all asked 4-5 questions and had an estimate ready in about 15 minutes. He spent over an hour with me, asked dozens of questions and offered a lot of advice and options. His estimate was not the cheapest, but definitely on the lower side. It was also the most detailed, listing types and prices of all necessary materials, right down to the cost of the nails.
I needed extensive repairs on a back porch roof and had several other areas that needed smaller repairs, along with 3 layers of shingles to be removed. At the end of each day my yard was clean. He went above and beyond expectations to make my roof look great, right down to painting exhaust vents to match my new roof color. His company does much more than roofing,including windows, siding, and additions. I will be calling him in the future to do siding on my home.

I contacted Another Level Cleaning Services after reading there reviews on there Facebook page all 5 star reviews.  Dustin Foster the owner answered my call immediately and I discussed what I wanted done and asked what the cost would be.  He explained that they offer a base fixed pricing structure for the house washing & window cleaning I wanted done for residential customers.  I have a single story house with siding and 24 windows he told me there base price for the house washing on for single story houses was $220 before taxes and single story window cleaning at $107 tax included.  I agreed to the total price he then asked for my email so he could send a official estimate along with a copy of insurance certificate.  We scheduled my service for 2 days after I called.  They showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time to arrive.  Dustin came to my door to introduce himself and let me know they would be getting started.  I handed him a check with full payment and Dustin gave it back to me and said" once job is completed we can do a walk a round to insure that I exceeded your expectations, then I will accept your payment mam."  I was truly amazed by this.  Another Level Cleaning Services completed the job in a very timely manner.  They went above and beyond in even the smallest details.  Quality exceeded my expectations my house looks better then day I moved in & my windows have never been this clean & shiny!!  I highly recommend this company very dependable, reliable, trustworthy, professional, honest, & quality are just a few ways to describe Another Level Cleaning Services!
