"I cannot say enough good things about Darrell and his crew! After dealing with damaged, outdated siding on my home, I reached out to Darrell, and from the very first consultation, he was professional, communicative, and ready to tackle the project head-on. The entire replacement and repair process was seamless. Darrell and his team showed up on time every single day, worked tirelessly, and paid attention to the smallest details that most contractors would overlook. You can tell right away that they take real pride in their craft—every trim piece, seam, and vinyl panel was installed with precision. They treated my home with the utmost respect, keeping the job site completely clean and clear of debris throughout the process. What truly stands out about Darrell is his integrity and work ethic. He walked me through every step of the job, kept me updated on the timeline, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before wrapping up. Finding reliable, honest craftsmanship these days c"

"Amazing! Orlando and his team did a wonderful job. They worked hard and fast. He communicated good and made sure we’re were pleased all along the way. I would definitely use them again. They replaced all our wood siding with colored Hardie Plank siding, so it’ll never rot and never need painting. They also replaced our 30 years old roof with asphalt shingles. I highly recommend this company."

"He came out and completed the work in a couple of days. He repaired my ceiling and roof, where the damage was done. I did ask for extra white paint for the ceiling. He said he would do it, but he never did."

"Greg and his crew did everything that was agreed on in contract. I had one leak and he was on it ASAP. We plan on hiring Southern Signature again for more work we have planned in the future."

"They were able to help me the same day I called. Very professional, courteous and experienced. I ask for new mailbox to be installed and the repair man said he had installed one just like it recently. I was very satisfied and will look to use them again."

"Excellent! My wife loves the work. More underlying damage then expected at estimate they had to replace 17 4x8" pieces of underlayment . They fixed it all in a timely manner. They stayed within 10% of estimate even with all that unseen damage."

"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

"Johel was great! He trimmed a tree I had over my power line and he replaced my damaged soffit I had in two spots. He had done a fantastic job! I recommend him for any home projects!"

"I sourced Copper Roofing, LLC as they came highly recommended from a dear friend. These guys are AWESOME! They ended up replacing almost every roof in my neighborhood through their referral program, which I was paid $300 per roof they installed. They specialize in Atlas chalet shingles, which are an obsolete, discontinued product which there is a current class action lawsuit against. Give them a call for all your roofing needs, tell them Mark sent you!! ?"
