They returned my call promptly, came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. which I received by e-mail. When I accepted it, they scheduled the work for a few days later but ultimately had to reschedule from Friday afternoon to Monday morning because rain prevented them from finishing up a previous job. No big deal. Actually they did the job much sooner than I expected when I called them. They purchased a 30-inch door similar to the one that needed replacing, installed it and hauled away the trash. Josh said and did what he was going to do even though I was skeptical from what other roofers were bad mouthing about AJ Roofing! The company replaced all rotten wood, upgraded ice & water felt and put in Pro-Architecural shingles. The company also re-roofed my garage, replacing the entire rotted out boards underneath the shingles! Truly remarkable transformation in two days time and before the weather changed! Haven't seen leaks but, if something was missed, I'm confident Josh and the office staff(Melanie & Abbey)will be attentive!"

"Red Bird Roofing was the second company to respond to my request for a roof replacement estimate. Both were the same day I sent in the request. Other companies responded in the next few following days. Red Bird made an appointment to send their consultant Tyler out here at my earliest convenience. He arrived promptly and explained every step of the process the roofers would be doing. He used to be up on roofs himself doing the work, so he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The actual crew arrived on the scheduled day a little after 6 AM and were hard at it by 6:30. There were 8 of them, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. I was amazed at how well they worked in unison and how they seemed to be enjoying their work. It was sunny with a 103-degree heat index that day, but other than needing lots of water they didn't seem to be bothered by the heat. Job done in around 8 hours. Looks good!"
