"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. "Outstanding all around! Mike and his crew are very pleasant individuals and were true to their word. They did the work we agreed to on the days that we agreed to -- including working Saturday and Sunday to complete the job -- at the cost agreed to. The results are excellent. We are delighted by the improvement inside the garage, for the carport to the left of the garage, and behind the garage. The concrete pad in the garage now slopes nicely toward the front of the garage, and there's a neat slot for the garage door to close into. On the left side of the garage, what previously was 3 separate concrete slabs all broken up that allowed water to pool in them are now a single seamless slab that drains toward the driveway. The stairs Mike and crew installed are robust and firmly anchored. I will definitely contact them again for future services.

"Sanders and Sons did an excellent job on our chimney repair. Tim was meticulous in his work and the finished product reflects that. Beyond that, his kindness and care while working in less than ideal conditions was stellar! Scaffolding had to be installed on decking and steps that our blind dog needed to use to get to the yard. Tim took extra time and used extra materials to make her a safe route out of the house. He is an absolutely lovely man to work with, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs masonry work."
