"Tim and his crew were excellent! He was able to complete the chimney repairs quickly, despite a a steep roof and a narrow driveway without much room to set up the scaffolding. The new mortar looks lovely, and has kept the rain out. Tim stayed in constant contact in the days leading up to the project, so I always knew what our timeline would be. He and his crew were great!"

"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

I trust Mike to do all of our future masonry work in the future.  We are currently (4/11/2014) putting together plans for a front wrought iron automated gate with concrete pillars and widening the entry to our driveway.  I won't use anybody else.  His prices were fair and he really is a nice guy after getting to know him on the projects he has finished on our dream house.  Thanks Mike!!!

"A misconnect on the first meeting to develop an estimate occurred.  I decided to proceed instead of rescheduling.   I accompanied Ian for a 30 minute discussion from inside the house, then had to leave and allowed him to continue assessing and confirming what needed to be repaired outside.  I was satisfied with the estimate and made a couple of last minute changes which were accommodated.  The estimate was done in June; the work done in October.  I was not in a hurry.   A very wet early summer caused work schedules to be delayed.  This was not a problem for me. 
A team of 3 spent 3.5 days steadily working and did, from what I can tell, a nice job including cleanup.  The trim wood they used appeared to be quality cedar.  The windows are a nice quality and I am very satisfied with them and their installation.  The estimate indicated painting to match what was put on the house previously.  The problem is, that even though the paint may have matched what was in the can, it does not necessarily match what has been on the house for a number of years.  So--I feel I need to consider an additional quote to finish the painting of the trim. 
I did not get a competitive quote on this project so I did not include price in my rating.

"We used Tony and crew in 2013 - he is a neighbor down the street and to know Tony and his wonderful family is to know you will be well taken care of. Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. Loved the work, but not sure what I like more--the concrete or the man behind the mission. Thanks brother for great work! Hope to get to use you at the new place."

"Walter and his team were upmost professionals. We had concrete slabs replaced in our pool area. We chose a stamped finish. The job was complete in less than two weeks despite poor weather conditions. They made sure things were secure each evening when they left. The price was incredible for all the work that was done. The patio is beautiful. We will call "We Will Concrete" for any/all of our concrete needs going forward. It was so nice to work with local, honest, and professional people."

This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. I strongly recommend Innovative Garages if you're considering having your concrete garage floor repaired and looking beautiful. They were also less than half the price of another major company I was considering."
