"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"Initial response to my inquiry was pretty quick and included a time frame from them when they would be able to come out to perform the work. I respond with a choice of dates I thought would work with a comment I had a few questions before we locked in the dates. My questions were around the gutter guard process/product, etc., Unfortunately I never heard back from them on my last question and then approx 4 weeks later the work time frame came and passed. Not sure why follow up contact did not happen from their end, but perhaps their schedule was at capacity. Still planning on having work performed so will be going back into Angie's list to look for vendors with solid customer service ratings to hire."
