"My daughter in law recommended Wendell for my job since he helped her a few times. My 18 year old GE Profile oven needed a fix in the smaller lower oven. He ordered the part we thought it needed but it needed a control panel part also. We decided to not order that because the main oven and stove top work well and i can live without lower oven. Wendell was very informed and helpful."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

Although the burner was a universal part -it was NO longer readily available-they obtained it and installed it quickly-within a day or two-really impressed-not cheap but surely they got the job done..kudos to them!"
