The install crew was extremely professional, always on time, quick and did a great job. The monitoring software is medium. I was also sold on the 110vac 20amp outlet that ties directly into the inverter. This is a very handy feature."

He quickly diagnosed the issue with our solar system and is working to get a new inverter under warranty from the manufacturer. He also installed a critter guard to keep the birds from nesting under our panels."

"The tech (Tyler?) arrived early and went right down to business. Electrical check showed only about 6 of 13 panels were generating. He went up on the roof and began examining the panels and after about 30 minutes came to the door with a cable that was gnawed completely through by some cute little squirrel. There must have been 10 or 12 different areas where gnawing occurred. He replaced the cable and checked the rest -- they were OK. He installed critter guard to protect against hungry squirrels and finished about 2 hours later."

"Per my contract with Redrocks Roof and Solar, I am to notify them if I suspect my solar system is not producing per their design, and to begin an "underproduction claim". If underproducing, they will compensate for lost production. My system operational as of May 5, 2025, I contacted them in August 2025 informing them of above stated concern. Called 3 times without a response until finally tech came out with last second notice on 9/2/2025. Fortunately I was home, helped him find 9 out of 14 panels that were never wired in. Photos were taken/sent to Redrocks. Additionally, it was discovered a setting on the system phone app given to me to monitor system was not enabled, which they were supposed to explain in detail to me and never did. So for 4 months my system was only producing 33%, Brooke (owner) acknowledged in a live phone call on the spot. I never received parts warranty details per the contract, no response after emails and phone messages about all this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"The solar electric system is now installed and functional 5.5 KW Grid tie system. Standard Relewable sub-contracted much of the work, and I had to deal with several Standard Renewable people over the course of the project. I paid in two payments by credit card. They were very slow to make arrengements to take the second payment. There were several times when it was difficult to get response by email. I emailed several times to make the final payment, and could not get them to do so. The conduit in the Attic is run so that it crosses open space at head knocking height. Over all the system is installed and working, but lacks fine touches"
