He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. He went out of his way to find the same carpeting that had been installed 9 years ago. Sonny's prices were very reasonable and the carpet installation is perfect. The most recent job we had LA Custom Tile do was in the Master bath of our BRAND NEW condo complex??.which needed repairs due to the sub-par original construction.  I though it might be too small a job for Mark (and well beneath his talents) to be of interest to him?but...he was only to happy to help us out.  For anyone wanting ANY sort of work on tile - do call LA CUSTOM  TILE? 
Mark is firstly an ARTIST who knows how to maximize the beauty of tile or stone.  
He is on time for appointments or calls to let you know he is going to be even a few minutes late.
He is meticulous.  He cleans up beautifully and takes his trash with him.
He is fair on price.
