He evaluated the problem and decided on the repair needed to rehang the mantle.  He did the work quickly and did an excellent job.  He left no dust and cleaned up after the repair.  He went out of his way and even repaired some "holes"  made in the wood of the of the mantle when it fell. He was very meticulous and friendly. I feel his pricing was very fair adequate and plan to use him again for some other repairs and things needed around the house.  The experience was a pleasure and my mantle looks great.  It is very sturdy. "They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."
