He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"We have used Carlos and Real Painting for several interior and exterior painting projects.  He has always delivered high quality work and complete professionalism.  Most recently we hired Real Painting and Home improvement to rip out our kitchen tile floor which had not been installed correctly during a previous remodel done by another contractor.  It was uneven and tiles would pop up ever so often.  Given the fact that we were not sure what pre-exitsting problems we were dealing with under the tile we sort of had it in our minds that anything would be better than what was there.  Carlos and his team far exceeded our expectations.  They were diligent, conscientious and delivered results we could have only dreamed of. We also had some work done in our powder room.  New tile flooring, new wainscoting, and new paint.  It looks wonderful and the quality is great."
