"I had a great experience working with WR Builders Inc on my kitchen remodel. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from start to finish. They were transparent about costs and timelines, and their team was always courteous and professional. The final result exceeded my expectations – the kitchen is both beautiful and functional. I would definitely hire them again for future projects."

"It did go so well! I know Frank Similia for many years, and he has done many projects for my company. Hi quality of work is excellent, his product is top notch, and all in Frank is perfect. I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. I feel very confident about his skills, personality, and professionalism. Without any doubt, I never go somewhere else, when I have someone powerful to help me. "Jeff Veglia recently did a complete 'down-to-the studs' kitchen remodeling for us. Right from the starting estimate to the conclusion of the job, he has been a true professional. He was clear about the process involved, always courteous and available to answer questions. The cabinetry company that he worked with made the complicated process of choosing cabinet color and styles, countertops, backsplashes and fixtures very smooth for us. The work was completed on time and on budget, and any additional work we requested was priced fairly. Jeff always ensured we knew what to expect as he managed the different components of the job and the crew who were working on our project. He and his team members were very responsive to any issues that came up along the way. I want to specially mention that he has a wonderful team, who were not only expert professionals, but also friendly and pleasant. We are happily enjoying our beautiful, new kitchen and will gladly recommend the services of Jeff Veglia to any homeowner for potential projects."

"Sanfer and team were great to work with for the addition of closets in a bedroom as well as for adding an entirely new bathroom on our 3rd floor. Along with all new plumbing and electric it also included a new, ducted mini-split heating system for that zone. His pricing was in line with the other companies I spoke with and he ultimately was the winning bid due to his collaboration during the process. it was a blank room and we worked on a few different layouts to get it right! From a management standpoint, there were sub-contractors needed(electrical and plumbing requires a licensed individual to pull permits in my city) and multiple inspections were required and he did a great job managing all of those moving parts in a timely fashion. All in all, I'd hire Sanfer again and plan to talk to him about a deck and kitchen remodel."

"I had the good fortune to encounter Neary Construction last year, when I needed a lot of work done to remedy the damage that the awful winter of 2014-2015 did to my house.

Short form: I am very picky about my contractors, and Neary went above and beyond on almost every level. Billy went over the damaged areas carefully, pointed out several things I had not thought were problems (but obviously were, in hindsight), and took the time necessary to explain the work that needed to be done. Then he sent me an itemized list of fixes that needed to be made. I chose the ones that were most needed, and Billy didn’t argue with me to do the whole job. The friendly and helpful interactions on the front side were an awesome start.

Then he came when he said he would, did the work in a very competent way, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I have to say that his competent and professional manner, his obvious depth of knowledge, and his overall business practices are far and away the best experience I’ve ever had in a contractor.

This spring, I called him in again to do some work on my front porch, and in my kitchen. Same service, same professionalism, no hard sell, and first-class work.

Scheduling is a little rough-and-ready (and more last-minute than I’d like), but that's a very small issue when set against the overall backdrop of good and competent work.

I’d recommend these guys without reservations. They've got my business for the foreseeable future"

"Humberto and his crew were fantastic and we will definitely hire them again for future projects. The quality of work is amazing. We're so happy with our new rooms! Humberto scheduled the first day of work within a week of us contacting him. He responded to all emails within the same day and always arrived on time or even early! In addition, Humberto and his crew were professional, courteous, and very neat. I highly recommend HS Plastering & Painting."

"Todd and the Duncan Builders team were GREAT to work with on this remodel. I would 100% recommend them for your home construction needs."

"Rabbit Design did a beautiful job repairing, refinishing and repainting our entire first floor. They were very responsive and cared that we were satisfied with the work. We highly recommend them."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."
