"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"Tony, as always, was responsive to my request for an estimate showing up within a few days of my call. The paper estimate arrived promptly thereafter. And even though I sat on it for a couple of weeks while I got other estimates, once I signed off, the work was done within a week. Joe, the electrician, did a neat and professional job. <br /> Village did two other major pieces of work for me in the past: lighting and wiring for a major kitchen/family room renovation and a 100 to 200 amp service panel upgrade along with running power from my house to my shed to power my irrigation system. Both were well done. That's why they were my first call on this project. I did get another estimate. They were nearly identical but Village was the slightly lower price to boot."
