He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. He showed on time and put in his best efforts to replace a bathroom ceiling's fan, then he painted the ceiling. It took him a couple of attempts to figure out the best finish for our ceiling, but he eventually did an amazing job and we are all very pleased with the outcome. I will most likely hire him for other future jobs."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

This reduction in size has allowed us to deliver the high level of service our customers have come to expect. Direct supervision by the owner on each and every project, as well as family members involved can eliminate the concern of "Who will be working in my house?" Cost is determined by the job and all estimating is performed by the owner. No travel charges. We are proudly not a Mass Save contractor.
"The roofing company we hired to reshingle our roof suggested that we consider upgrading the attic insulation, and recommended Rob Calnan. Rob came by the day we called him. He was very attentive to our schedule, and went out of his way to fit us in, and through the entire process was readily available and responsive both to cell phone and email. The work took five days, and after each day we received a call about how things went, and what would be done the next working day. This is a family business. Several of his employees are his own children. He takes great pride in the quality of the work that they do under difficult work conditions, squeezing up through narrow openings into cramped, dark attics with little headroom. Rob was very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing his storehouse of knowledge about insulation. He educated us. He has been actively involved in developing standards in the insulation industry. Three months after the job was completed, when we emailed on the eve of solar panel installation to ask about whether the solar installers should know anything about the insulation, he responded immediately, and said that the solar installers should call him with any questions. We are very impressed by his commitment to his work. The insulation has made the house noticeably cooler."
