Jim, our sales person, was very easy to work with and made suggestions on wood, color and hardware that would make our kitchen cabinets blend well with the rest of the house. He also suggested cabinet design changes that would make storage more efficient. Jim, the Installation Manager, was also very easy to work with and worked with us to make some upgrades that we wanted. He also explained the whole process and what to expect. The two carpenters were very consciences of keeping everything clean by covering up floors, appliances and closing off the work area. They were on time, asked questions if needed and explained what they were doing. We were very impressed on how hard working they were, the quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail.
