"The installation of my hardwood floors could not have gone any better. True professionals and beautiful results. Very highly recommended!"

"I hired Jason and Ronda to install tile flooring on the top floor loft of my townhome. They did a great job and the space looks amazing. They were extremely diligent and communicated and explained each step of the process. The finished product exceeded my expectations - they have my highest recommendation!"

"We originally ordered carpet from a big box store. We did not realize the carpet was backordered, so we had been waiting for 6 weeks (and they could not give us a new estimate on when it might be in). I reached out to Randee to see if she could help us. She asked us to send over what type of carpet we had picked out prior to see if she could get a close match. Randee called the next day that she found some carpets that might interest us and we set up an appointment. Randee came on time and had the carpet panel to pick from. Once I told her which one we wanted, she called the warehouse to see if it was in stock. Luckily It was in stock, but we wanted to delay it for 2 weeks as we were finishing the remodel of our master bath. So we set a date and on that date the carpet installer showed up with the new carpet. He was very polite and installed it beautifully. It was such an easy process. I learned my lesson in using big box stores, so from now on I will go directly to Carolina Flooring and Carpet for all my flooring needs."

"Leo and his assistant showed up on time to install hardwood flooring in our owner’s suite, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. From our first communication, Leo has been responsive, professional and courteous. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and price. We would absolutely hire this company again."

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!""

"We had our install today and we are very happy with our shower. Darren was our installer he called before he came and he showed about 10 min early. He answered all of our questions and very knowledgeable. He seems to have alot of experience. Very nice guy."

"Great job on floor! Loved our Refloor rep, Brendan!"

"Jay was a perfectionist, which you do not see often today. He was on time, answered the phone whenever I called. Jay even moved my installation when I requested it. The floors look even better than I thought they could. I have had a carpenter for over 20 years that hurt his back and couldn't do the floor. I didn't think I could find anyone that would do the job as well as him, and I did."

"They did excellent work. The company contact was responsive and helpful. I will use them again for my future flooring needs. I would highly recommend them. They cleaned everything up and left the area pristine and looking like new. I’m thrilled with all they did."

"They were very professional , excellent communication and affordable. You will not be disappointed."
