He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. "Signature Exteriors did a great job. They were prompt in responding to my request through Angie's list. They came out the same week and inspected the roof. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"I canâ  t say enough about the integrity and accountability of Masters Roofing, led by Jeff Matchen. After a storm a year ago, I called them to check out damage to the roof when I found a shingle on the ground. No, there was no damage from that storm, but they did identify hail damage from an earlier storm. And after showing the damage to my insurance adjuster, they installed a new roof, paid for by insurance. The real story, though, occurred a year later, when we noticed some mold on a closet wall after some heavy rains. Jeff came out and suspected there was an issue where the shingles met a dormer. They promptly re-roofed that area, tore out some custom cabinets in the closet and took care of the damage under the sheetrock. Based on the location of the damage, and looking more closely at the source of the water, they suspected that the failure was not from their roofing work, but due to a problem with the metal roof on the dormer. Despite that suspicion, they continued to honor their original ownership of the problem, including remediating the interior damage, replacing the insulation and sheetrock, repainting and, yes, even paying for the replacement custom cabinets! Needless to say, I was greatly relieved with their decision. Their ownership of the problem and candor throughout this situation was tremendous.
