Belinda and her husband were kind, nice, and worked quickly. She explained very clearly the timing and price of the project. Their Price was better and their interactions were much nicer. Other companies treated me like a number, but no the Cederholm company. She was always there to answer my questions, share pictures and answer any question. When it was completed, I was very happy with their work. I highly recommend this family business."

They sealed and bonded some of the effected areas but replaced very little of the wood. So basically the house was pressure washed and I only asked for the front of the house trim to be painted. I honestly do no feel I received $1500 worth of work. My advice is to get a clear and concise estimate before work is started."

They redid our staircase and it’s absolutely spectacular! There are so many other things they did to complete the house, including building a full deck and fence.
