"We had a great experience working with James and his team to install a patio in our backyard. James helped us understand the different available materials and methods for installation, and he was transparent about pricing. He even encouraged us to come to the masonry supply store with him to see the stones in person to make sure we liked what we were getting. James and his team also helped us solve some drainage issues in the backyard, repaired our side stairs and replaced the stucco, and fixed some issues with our front walk. Even when unexpected scenarios came up, they were handled thoughtfully and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and worked really well together. It's very clear James cares a lot about his work, and he wanted us to be happy with the result. Overall everything went faster than I expected and looks beautiful!"

"Very happy with the work The removed the patio brick work and reinstalled. i got compliments from the neibors. I would recommend them"

"Willie, from G and R did a great job. I highly recommend him to do any small handy man project. I hired them to do Deck repair as my Two deck wooden stripes were rotten as well as one Step need to be replaced. Excellent job. In addition, he fix my Shed door and lock holding wooden piece. He nailed my Shed roof singles which were damaged by heavy storm. He trimmed two trees branches and put everything on the curb. Willie was responsive and professional. He arrived promptly and gave me very fair estimate versus other two. His crew showed up on time and the work was done as expected in our absence. My Deck looks great and safe to walk. My front door tall tree looks neat. My wife and I are very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them to others. Best part Willie was always answering the phone when ever I called him and help me to answer all my questions."

"Everyone at ark always exceeded our expectations. We never had our roof replaced before and they were experienced enough to be patient with our fears and concerns. Klestian was always on time and did exactly what he said he would. He walked us through the entire process and it all happened just as he said it would and he was there through the whole thing. Klestian made it so easy by dealing with our insurance company to make sure we received all the repairs we needed. They did a great job and once they started working they were done in just one day. I would definitely recommend them to any that ask."

"The work was done quickly and effectively with a level of professionalism that was more than satisfactory. Would recommend to anyone that needs any sort of masonry work done. I had them re-point brick on the interior of my house and when they were completed, it was as if no one was even there. Again, I cannot speak highly enough for this business and the work that they do."

"After seeing the hillside behind my house Barry, one of the owners of the business, put down on paper his vision for the site. After explaining to his crew what he wanted, Barry and his crew made up of Nick, Edgar and Tony went about transforming the hillside. Using a mix of perennial plants and installing a dry stream bed, we have an interesting and colorful landscape to view year round. We liked his work so much that we hired him to build a platform landing or step at the back door to our house. Constructed of slab rock and brick pavers. the platform landing blended so well with an adjoining paver patio, you would never know that the two areas were installed years apart. We like his work so much that we have invited him back in April 2015 to continue the transformation of our property. We would recommend Barry and Utopia without hesitation to friends, family and folks we have yet to meet. Costs of the projects $15,300."

"I did backyard work to installed synthetic grass. I recommend him and he did good job and fair price. Thank you Jay"

"We had cracks in the dyed mortar of the bricks above our garage. Grady took the time to match the color, even with the color having aged 10 years, and you would not even be able to tell that there was new mortar. If your project is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed."
