"The good: Lakewood Exteriors did a great job with our roof replacement. The project was completed with decent quality, on time, and at a reasonable rate. The bad: Communication was difficult. We received half answers to questions we asked on multiple occasions. He committed to signing a Roof Cert Form for insurance, but a month and a half after the project was completed, we are still waiting on this form.
