His price was fair and decided to have them tear off the whole bad section and reflash it the way I wanted it done and reroof and put in new ridgevent. He did whole job from quote to finished in under 24hrs. Very satisfied and even just signed contract to tear off and do remainder of the house roof and garage roof as soon as the weather gets better. Did the job perfect and very fast and cleaned everything up to a tee."

His rates and payment policies are very reasonable, and he clearly demonstrates to the customer what he is responsible for and what the customer needs to do.
