Two Technicians arrived first, explaining what the job entailed, and began setting up to begin the work. Wayne, the Owner, arrived shortly afterward and gave them final directions prior to going to another worksite. The technicians worked methodically to first repair the crack and then apply the seal for the driveway and sidewalk. This took some time because the driveway had to be power-washed and dried before the sealant was applied. When completed, the technicians showed me the work that was completed, and they roped off the area that had been worked on. The work was methodical and completed with care and professionalism. They expanded it to double the size and replaced cracked sidewalk and the apron. The patio is also larger so now we can put out a dining set and enjoy our parties. "I've used Floodbusters twice in the last two years. The first time they came out and sealed a crack in my utility room to exposed concrete. The job was solid, but the sealant they used looked a bit sloppy. I called and the same week they came out and painted over it. Now it looks good! This was in 2019. This past February 2020 I had them come out again, this time they had to remove drywall to access where the crack was. Two different men came out then the first time. They did a pretty good job. All I need now is for my drywall to be replaced and another successful job will have been done and in the books. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend!"

"BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door.
