He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. Of course, I was very happy to accept a rebate on another project because I wanted to continue working with this company."

"They were nice and kind, our forelady was very kind and sweet. The crew is quick, clean, and proficient. The final product was about the best quality one could get. The price was the lowest of all the other bids. The only issue we had was my neighbor was wanting to do some extra work on his side of the property line and he called the main office about a month before our service date to discuss it with Right Fence Company, but they never responded. In fact he made several attempts and left at least a couple of Voice Mails, but never got a response. When the crew showed up, he attempted to talk to them, but they stated they would not do any additional work. He finally got in contact with he main office that day, but stated the office manager wouldn't talk to him other than to say they would only do the work listed on the contract. I can understand limiting the work to what was listed on the service day, but not calling him back during the month leading up to it seemed unprofessional and a lack of quality customer service. Even though the work he was asking for was just about 5 feet of fencing, it was connected to the over 100 foot of fencing listed in the original contract. They must have also known that I would want to help make my neighbors as happy as possible given the shared cost of the fence. This should have made the Right Fence company see my neighbor as a paying customer just the same as me. It seemed as though their lack of attention to my neighbor cost them a few dollars and lost him as a customer for sure. Nonetheless, the crew did do a wonderful job and I am happy with their work."
