"In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had. They also replaced some cracked window paines and pressure washed my entire house including windows. I highly recommend JC’s Residential - 5 stars!"

"Keith Stickle with ReJuven8 Roofing just completed a metal roof install on our home. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did for us. In my time I have worked with contractors to build two houses, multiple add-on remodels, and a large metal barn. I can tell you Keith and ReJuven8 is by far the best experience I have ever had working with a house contractor. They were professional and very prompt from the beginning, answering all my questions (I am an engineer by occupation so I had plenty of questions) and provided status updates throughout the process. I don’t normally post reviews, but I am compelled to write this review because if you were like me, searching for a “good” metal roofing contracting based on internet information was very difficult at first. I talked with several contractors, but the responsiveness from Keith and his understanding of the installation process (he used to install metal roofs himself) was head and shoulders above the other companies I talked with. From a roofing perspective my house roof was a rather complicated design with 5 dormers protruding through the roof line along with the entire roof being on a steep 12x12 pitch, and includes a large rock chimney to seal against. When I was first considering a metal roof upgrade from my previous shingle roof (being replaced due to hail damage), I was a little apprehensive on installing a metal roof with all these joints and intersections. The most important thing for me was to find a contractor that could do a quality job since this will be our retirement home one day so we will own this house for many years to come. They did an excellent job and took the time required to do it right. Our house sits in the Sam Houston National Forest and they also did a great job of keeping the jobsite and surrounding woods picked up from litter and shingle material that was removed as part of the job. The actual roof they installed for us is a Berridge Cee Lock Standing seam metal roof, and we couldn’t be happier with how this roof improved the exterior look of our house. Also during the middle of roof install was the extreme cold spell in Feb 2021 with snow and ice where the temperature at our property got down to 9F. From day one ReJuven8 did a great job of weatherproofing the roof throughout the roof install job. Even with the roof partially complete and some areas of our roof having 6 inches of snow and ice there were no water leak issues. If you are looking for a quality job and a sales rep that is easy to work with and monitors the quality of the job throughout the installation process, I highly recommend that you talk with Keith at ReJuven8. "My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."
